◆  The types of "Runfeng" cement produced and supplied by our company include: Portland cement P·II, ordinary Portland cement P·O, Portland composite cement P·C, and Portland  pozzolana cement P·P, Portland  slag cement P·S·A and masonry cement M; grades cover 52.5(R), 42.5(R) and 32.5(R).

 

Specialized cement:

In addition to general purpose cement varieties, our company produces and supplies "Runfeng" special cements, including: low-to-medium heat Portland cement, Portland cement for roads, cement for nuclear power stations, marine cement and decoration cement (Wang Pai Gong Jiang).

 

◆ Specialized cement performance characteristics and area of application 

◆  Medium-to-low heat Portland cement 

Performance characteristics: 

  1. The hydration heat is significantly lower than that of ordinary Portland cement. 

  2. Good mixing performance, good fluidity and good admixture adaptability. 

  3. Late stage strength is high and development is reasonable, which can improve the durability of concrete.

 

Area of application: 

  1. Moderate heat Portland cement is mainly suitable for projects that require high abrasion resistance and frost resistance, such as the surface layer and the water-level fluctuation zone on the spillway of a dam. 

  2. Low-heat Portland cement is mainly used in dams or interior and underwater projects for large-scale buildings. 

  

◆  Portland cement for roads 

Performance characteristics: 

  1. The formulated concrete pavement has better compactness and better wear resistance than ordinary cement and concrete pavement.

  2. Early strength is high and late strength increases rapidly, which helps to speed up the construction speed.

  3. The formulated pavement concrete has a lower shrinkage rate, which can reduce the possibility of cracks from shrinkage.


           


Area of application: 

Projects with high requirements for cement flexural strength, abrasion resistance and crack resistance, such as highway pavements, airport runways and squares with high foot traffic. 

  

◆  Cement for nuclear plants: 

Performance characteristics: 

  1. Low hydration heat, reaching the level of medium-heat Portland cement.

  2. The shrinkage is significantly lower than that of ordinary Portland cement, which can reduce the possibility of concrete cracking from shrinkage.

  3. Low alkali content and chloride ion content.


Area of application: 

  1. Structural or non-structural engineering of nuclear power plants.

  2. Building structures with high requirements for radiation protection, such as hospital radiology rooms, school laboratories.。 

  

◆ Marine cement 

Performance characteristics: 

  1. span resistance to chloride ion erosion, 2-3 times that of ordinary Portland cement.

  2. span resistance to sulfate corrosion, significantly better than ordinary Portland cement.

  3. Low hydration heat, reaching the level of medium-heat or low-heat Portland cement.

  4. Late strength is high and continues to grow, which can significantly improve the durability of concrete.


Area of application: 

  1. Coastal building structure projects such as wharfs, bridges, dams and concrete roads.

  2. Deep-sea building structure projects such as island and reef construction and drilling platforms.

  3. Non-structural marine environment construction projects such as masonry, plastering and leveling. 

  

◆ Renovation Cement (Wang Pai Gong Jiang) 

Performance characteristics: 

  1. Cement has span viscosity, good water retention, low shrinkage, and adapts to high temperatures and humid climates.

  2. Late stage strength is high, uniform color, moderate setting time, low hydrothermalization, good workability, and low bleeding.

  3. Smoothly operated, easy mixing, easy surfacing, less hollowing and cracking, effectively improving the construction efficiency, saving time, effort and anxiety.

  4. Little dust leakage, lower radiation, and green and environmentally-friendly.


Area of application: 

Non-structural industrial and civil building decoration projects such as masonry, cushioning concrete, decoration plastering, floor and wall tiling.
