Visual Design

The visual design for the corporate culture system of China Resources during the "Fourteenth Five-Year" period intuitively and vividly reflects the political stance and 

corporate characteristics of China Resources Group. With pentagram being the main body of the design, it symbolizes that China Resources Group is a red enterprise 

founded by the Communist Party of China. We would never forget our mission, stand together through storm and stress with our motherland, share the common fate 

of the times, and in life and death with our people.

The sum of 5 interior angles of the pentagram is 180 degrees, which presents a beauty of balance and harmony, signifying that no matter how times change, China 

Resources Group's loyalty to the Party, the Country and the People would always be the same.

The amber yellow colour chosen for the pentagram echoes with the colour of China Resources' logo, which represents the vast and profound land of China. The 5 angles 

of the pentagram are alike to 5 "people" (人) arrows (人: people in Chinese), meaning people are the core and foundation of the Group, which is also the source of life of 

the endless China Resources' culture. The 5 "people" arrows spread outwards, indicating that businesses of China Resources Group have extended to all over the world, 

and enrich the land of China, which also means that China Resources Group adheres to the open-minded, inclusive and positive attitude such that we could keep exploring 

the future and create unlimited possibilities. 

Logical Relation

Corporate DNA determines the existing form and development characteristics of an enterprise, and helps us to respond to questions such as "Who are we?" and "Where are we from?" which also plays a decisive role in other cultural elements. 

Mission is the fundamental goal of an enterprise and the reason why an enterprise exist. By answering the question of "Why do we exist?" could play a leading role in other 

cultural elements. 

Vision is the assumption and description for the future development of an enterprise. By answering the question of "Where are we going?" could reflect the idealistic pursuit of an enterprise.   

Value is the value judgement standards and basic beliefs that all employees of the enterprise must commonly hold and follow. By answering the question of "How can we 

achieve our goals?" could reflect the principle of the enterprise. 

Spirit is the common inner attitude and ideological realm held by all employees. By answering the question of "What kind of team are we?" could reflect the behavioral 

style of the enterprise. It is in the same vein of values, an extension of values.

Atmosphere is the explicit embodiment of and an intuitive feeling to the corporate philosophy and values of the enterprise, which is an environment for organizational 

development composed by people holding the same corporate philosophy, which could answer the question of "Why are we together?" Corporate philosophy and 

organizational atmosphere play an anchoring role in the cultural system.

Interpretation of Connotation: China Resources Group is an enterprise founded by the Communist Party of China. Since its establishment, China Resources Group has
