On August 31st, the technical upgrade and transformation project of the new dry-process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 5,000 tons under China Resources Cement's subsidiary, Hunan Liangtian Cement Co., Ltd., was successfully ignited. Wang Weidong, member of the Standing Committee of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor, and Jing Shiqing, CEO of China Resources Cement, attended the event.
Wu Wenming, Deputy Secretary and District Chief of the Su Xian District Committee, presided over the ignition ceremony. Huang Zhiwen, Secretary of the Su Xian District Committee, congratulated Liangtian Cement on the successful ignition and production of the new line, and thanked China Resources for investing in Su Xian. He stated that the Su Xian District will continue to provide comprehensive and high-quality services for project construction and enterprise development, and continuously optimize the business environment. It is hoped that with the close cooperation and joint efforts of all parties, the project can be quickly put into full production and achieve results, share development opportunities, and create a better future."
Liangtian Cement's General Manager, Zhang Erfeng, introduced the project construction progress and expressed that all employees of Liangtian Cement will continue to work hard and fulfill their responsibilities. They will vigorously develop new businesses, promote integrated operations, and strive to make Liangtian Cement a benchmark project.
CEO Jing Shiqing expressed gratitude in his speech to the leaders at all levels in Chenzhou City who have supported China Resources Cement, as well as the partners, construction parties, and friends from all walks of life. He also paid tribute to the builders who have worked tirelessly on the project for over 300 days and nights. He pointed out that the Liangtian Cement project is a core and crucial part of China Resources Cement's strategy to expand into the Hunan market and develop the Xiangxiang region, as well as extend its reach to the Yangtze River. The successful ignition and production of the new Liangtian Cement line will promote equipment upgrades and iterations, drive green development in the industry, and enhance local well-being.
